Above are prototype shots of what the championship rings Rocky Mount's boys basketball team, coaching staff, managers, statisticians and trainers will likely receive. The top picture is the top angle, the left side with the person's name with number or position, the other side will show the mascot name, the state with the classification and the year.
The hard part will be raising money to purchase the rings. Just ask the baseball players from two years ago.
Please contact head coach Mike Gainey if have any ideas on how to raise the money for these wondering symbols of accomplishment.
I am really happy for assistant coach Jason Battle. He'll be the only individual who will have one from 2008 and 2010!
