Donnie Tharrington (middle, green shirt), of Don's Body Shop in Rocky Mount, makes a donation of $2,500 to the RMHS boys basketball team toward to purchase of championship rings. Tharrington has been a dedicated and committed member of the Rocky Mount community for many years and has supported causes in both the Nash-Rocky Mount and Edgecombe County school systems. Flanking Tharrington and Gainey are (l-r) senior basketball players Marcus Jones, Darius McKnight, T.J. Walker, Tashawn Mabry, Detrail Jenkins, Jaquan Edmondson and William Young.
